Coaching and Mentoring

Pushing to the next summit can be daunting. But you’re not alone. Join my mentoring and coaching academy and get the guidance you need.

The Salesforce journey can be overwhelming. There are great training resources available such as Trailhead, Mike Wheeler, FocusOnForce, Udemy, and others that focus on certification.

That’s a good start, but it’s only half the trip.

There are valuable intangible skills you’ll need to pick up—insights and techniques that only come from working with a team on a project. Plus, it’s easy to start fast and climb quick, but it’s also easy to lose momentum and motivation when things get challenging. What do you do then?

I’m putting together a small cohort and developing courses to help coach and mentor individuals ready for their next challenge.

It’s not for everyone—I’m pretty selective. But let’s see where you’re at in the journey and if I can help you take the next step.

I asked Jon for career advice regarding Salesforce as I am just starting out, and he was able to provide the mentorship that most are not able to as a C-level. He’s allowed me to understand the industry and current market as well as the areas to grow. His personable character also makes him easy to work with!
